Frequently Asked Questions
Things we get asked a lot
No. If you already have Starlink, we can install it. If not, we can help guide you on the right Starlink hardware and plan for your property before installation.
Pricing depends on your roof type, mounting requirements, cable run length and property complexity. We provide upfront quotes so there are no surprises.
A few simple checks before installation day can help ensure a smooth and efficient install.
1. Has Your Equipment Arrived?
Make sure you have received your Starlink dish, router, cable and any mounting hardware supplied by Starlink.
2. Have You Chosen a Router Location?
Select a location near a power point, ideally central to the home and within reach of the supplied Starlink cable.
3. Is Access Available?
Ensure the installer can safely access the installation area, roof space and any rooms where equipment will be located.
4. Have You Reviewed Installation Options?
Every home is different. Understanding mounting options, cable routing and Wi-Fi coverage requirements beforehand can save time and avoid surprises on the day.
